Our hard-working team aim to ship your order within 48 hours (Mon-Fri, excl. holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, these are our Estimated Shipping Times:
- United States (5-9 business days)
- United Kingdom (3-7 business days)

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirming email. This will include your shipment details and a link to track your order.
Please note it may take a few days for your tracking information to update with the carrier.

Please email hello@shopchicallure as soon as possible. We only have a small window after ordering where we may be able to edit your order. If it has already been shipped or you have received a shipping confirmation email, then unfortunately, we will be unable to make changes. If you think the shipment will not be delivered, contact us and we'll help.
How do I return my order?

We hope that you absolutely love and enjoy your new product(s) from Chic Allure! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with purchase, you are welcome to return your order within 30 days of receipt. As we care about everyone’s health and hygiene, the product(s) must be unused in sealed packaging and resalable condition. The cost of returning the order will have to be covered by you as customer. We also advise obtaining proof of postage when making a return as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
• Contact us at hello@shopchicallure.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and reason for return
• We will provide you instructions on where to send return goods
• Then ship the order back to us (keep a receipt of postage)
• Once received, your return will be handled within 3-5 working days
• YAY! We process your refund back to your original card or PayPal account used for payment
ChicAllure monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges.
